Updating inbox

I changed the client over to Outlook anywhere configured with Negotiate Auth and to work on both fast and slow networks and all i get is "Trying to Connect".

I have no other issues on the other 100 machines using Outlook anywhere or RPC. Tested the connection back to my sharepoint server and all works fine, just the exchange server is denies the connection on any IIS page. The Machine had some weird malware on it a few weeks prior to this commencing that was preventing wireless networks connecting. I have tested RPC ping using the command below and all i get is a hang and it does not display any results except "RPCPing Set Activity ID " using rpcping -t ncacn_http -o Rpc Proxy=myserver.local I have found a temp work around that if i change the IP address to anything else it will work for 2 weeks or so then come back again.

Follow this DIY method to resolve the Outlook not updating emails at startup issue: Step 1: Open MS Outlook 2010 and right-click on Inbox folder and choose Properties option Step 2: In Properties dialog box select the Administration tab, ensure Update mode under Automatic Folder Updates is set to Full Step 3: In Automatic Folder Updates, hit on More.

Now you will find list of all the folders along with Inbox Step 4: Expand Inbox to get all folders under Inbox Step 5: Check the folders that you want to have automatically and set them either to Full or Headers by clicking on None on the right side Step 6: Exit from Outlook 2010 and re-open it to verify results Note: If these settings are already enabled in Outlook 2010 and the same problem persists, then remove and re-add Outlook 2010 account and check the result.

Normally i would have wiped the machine and started again but my issue is the machine is 500km away and to ship it to my office and back the turnaround would be too long for the user as it has some business software that requires daily use.Does anybody have any ideas on what i could do....?
